67:1 Dem Musikmeister, mit Saitenspiel; ein Psalm, ein Lied.

67:1 Unto the end, a psalm of a canticle for David himself.

67:2 Gott sei uns gnädig und segne uns! Er lasse sein Angesicht bei uns leuchten, SELA,

67:2 That we may know thy way upon earth: thy salvation in all nations.

67:3 daß man auf Erden dein Walten erkenne, unter allen Heidenvölkern dein Heil!

67:3 Let people confess to thee, O God: let all people give praise to thee.

67:4 Preisen müssen dich, Gott, die Völker, preisen die Völker allesamt;

67:4 Let the nations be glad and rejoice: for thou judgest the people with justice, and directest the nations upon earth.

67:5 sich freuen müssen die Völkerschaften und jubeln, weil du die Völker gerecht richtest und leitest die Völkerschaften auf Erden. SELA.

67:5 Let the people, O God, confess to thee: let all the people give praise to thee:

67:6 Preisen müssen dich, Gott, die Völker, preisen die Völker allesamt!

67:6 The earth hath yielded her fruit. May God, our God bless us,

67:7 Das Land hat seinen Ertrag gespendet: gesegnet hat uns Gott, unser Gott.

67:7 May God bless us: and all the ends of the earth fear him.

67:8 Es segne uns Gott, und fürchten müssen ihn alle Enden der Erde!
