30:1 Unto the end, a psalm for David, in an ecstasy.

30:1 *Ein Psalm, ein Lied zur Tempelweihe*, von David.

30:2 O Lord my God, I have cried to thee, and thou hast healed me.

30:2 Ich will dich erheben, o HERR, denn du hast aus der Tiefe mich gezogen und meinen Feinden die Freude über mich vereitelt.

30:3 Thou hast brought forth, O Lord, my soul from hell: thou hast saved me from them that go down into the pit.

30:3 O HERR, mein Gott, ich schrie zu dir (um Hilfe), da hast du mir Heilung geschafft.

30:4 Sing to the Lord, O ye his saints: and give praise to the memory of his holiness.

30:4 O HERR, du hast meine Seele aus dem Totenreich heraufgeführt, hast mich am Leben erhalten, so daß ich nicht ins Grab bin gesunken.

30:5 For wrath is in his indignation; and life in his good will. In the evening weeping shall have place, and in the morning gladness.

30:5 Lobsinget dem HERRN, ihr seine Frommen, und preist seinen heiligen Namen!

30:6 And in my abundance I said: I shall never be moved.

30:6 Denn sein Zorn währt nur einen Augenblick, doch lebenslang seine Gnade: am Abend kehrt Weinen als Gast ein, doch am Morgen herrscht Jubel.

30:7 O Lord, in thy favour, thou gavest strength to my beauty. Thou turnedst away thy face from me, and I became troubled.

30:7 Ich aber dachte in meiner Sicherheit: »Ich werde nimmermehr wanken!«

30:8 To thee, O Lord, will I cry: and I will make supplication to my God.

30:8 O HERR, nach deiner Gnade hattest du fest meinen Berg gegründet; dann aber verbargst du dein Antlitz, und ich erschrak.

30:9 What profit is there in my blood, whilst I go down to corruption? Shall dust confess to thee, or declare thy truth?

30:9 Da rief ich zu dir, o HERR, und flehte zu meinem Gott:

30:10 The Lord hath heard, and hath had mercy on me: the Lord became my helper.

30:10 »Was hast du für Gewinn von meinem Blut, wenn zur Gruft ich fahre? Kann der Staub dich preisen und deine Treue verkünden?

30:11 Thou hast turned for me my mourning into joy: thou hast cut my sackcloth, and hast compassed me with gladness:

30:11 O höre mich, HERR, und erbarme dich mein, sei du, o HERR, ein Helfer!«

30:12 To the end that my glory may sing to thee, and I may not regret: O Lord my God, I will give praise to thee for ever.

30:12 Du hast mir meine Klage in Reigentanz verwandelt, das Trauerkleid mir gelöst und mit Freude mich gegürtet,

30:13 auf daß dir meine Seele lobsinge und nicht schweige: o HERR, mein Gott, in Ewigkeit will ich dir danken!
