Latin Prayer 3.0.8: made for tablets, and a smaller app

Version 3.0.8 of Latin Prayer is here, for iPhone, iPad and Android.

Made for tablets. On an iPad, Latin Prayer is now a true iPad app, no longer an enlarged iPhone app. On an Android tablet it turns with the screen. On a wide screen the menu stays at the left, and turning the device keeps your place.

A smaller app. The app is less than half its former size: on Android, about 60 MB instead of 146 MB. The Bibles and the spoken prayers are now downloads. Once you choose your language, the Latin Bible and the Bible in your language arrive by themselves. Any other Bible is in Settings → Downloads, and the recordings are offered the first time you play a prayer.

Downloads that say what is happening. If the connection drops, a download pauses and continues by itself. If the server cannot be reached, the app says so in plain words and tries again. You can cancel at any time.

Easier to read. Grey text is darker, and links are set in bolder type, no longer in small grey capitals.
